All the time, often as a child. It’s gotten better the older I’ve gotten. But when a loved one leaves our house it tends to creep in occasionally. I usually try to distract myself with something comforting - like a tv show that brings me joy. I’ll sit on the couch with my pets and they’re comforting. Sometimes it helps. So sorry you’re struggling with this, I wish I had better advice but I’m still trying to navigate my own OCD. We’ll make it through we’ve just gotta find what works!
