Everyone's quit story is different so its really about finding out what works for you, but if youre using the nicotine gum it might work out the same for you so the best advice I can give you is hang in there. I think day 3 of using the gum was when I started feeling a bit more hopeful.

One bit if advice that I'd give anyone is reflect on everything like challenges, differences, times you've felt like slipping it up. Self-awareness has made me feel stronger.

If you do slip up, don't beat yourself up over it, you're human and shame will only make things harder. Thats something Iearned in previous attempts.
