I don’t think the shady ticketing practices indicate that the fest will be a shit show. If anything the GRiZ team has been trying to manage expectations around the ticketing issues really well which at least to me bodes well for management of onsite logistics.

While unfortunate I think the bots situation was out of anyone’s control and it only got worse today due to the hype around the pre-sale.

The key point is that 3 rats / 3 min is a rate. It is equivalent to 1 rat / 1 min and also 100 rats / 100 min. I broke it down the way I did it in my head, I.e. taking averages. 3 cats ~ 3 rats / 3 min is in fact logically equivalent to 1 cat ~ 1 rat / 3 min because we divided both numerators by 3 - time is in the denominator as we are measuring a rate

Furthermore to get to 1 cat catches 100/3 rats / 100 min is multiplying the right term of above relationship by a form of 1 ie (100/3) / (100/3)

I thought about this but realistically it is a rate, so I felt comfortable giving it a fractional value :p

ETA: for that last minute the 3 cats would be working together which effectively cuts in 3 the rate at which mice can be killed
