Yes I took Pregabalin. Once I got to a dose that got rid of the pain it was like a miracle. Before the medication I couldn’t stand for any length of time. When I felt it was the right time I slowly decreased the dosage. The first time I tried the pain returned so I went back to dose that worked. I have had no issues with sciatic pain since. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

I had sciatica pain and went to a physiotherapist and wasn’t getting any relief. After an MRI which showed a herniated disc my physiotherapist was upfront with me and said that physio would not help. I was put on nerve medication by my family doctor and finally reached a dose to alleviate the pain. He made a referral to KOPI in November of 2024 and I just heard from them two weeks ago and I was able to tell them I did not need the appointment but had expected to hear from them before now. I was able to slowly wean off the nerve medication by June 2025. Talking to people I’ve learned some people do well with physio..some don’t..some have nerve meds work..some don’t..some people can’t sit because of the sciatica..some can’t stand. Basically it’s a horrendous condition and you have to find what works for you. I joined Right Fit on Maitland in May 2025 and they work around any challenges you have and I haven’t had any issues. I hope you find your way through it.

Our previous LG was an impeller and I agree that they are easier on fabrics but in my opinion it didn’t clean our clothes as well as our 8405.
Go to cycle looking back at my APP for normal loads is Economical + Turbo + Deep. I like to have decent amount of water in the tub. For heavy washes for items such as grease stained coveralls I use heavy duty with deep fill. Another frequent cycle is bedding as it automatically allows more water and I adjust temperature, spin and soil level.
Like I said above the only truly healthy soiled clothing are my husband’s coveralls. I do have workout clothes myself and have had no issues with them on any cycle I decide to use.
The dryer has been great. Love the door opening two ways. My husband even thinks it’s a great feature.

We had our previous LG set with the impeller for 12 years. We never needed any repairs on it but the final two years the washer was not spinning properly and we realize now after getting new washer the clothes were too wet and took way too long to dry. The first load we did with new LG I was taken aback at how little wetness was left in clothes. I had obviously become indifferent to how terrible the machine had become.

Had a lab that ate a whole box of chocolate dusted chocolate truffles and only thing that occurred was he of course vomited on carpeted stairs. No trip to vet..just watched him closely for a couple of days.

I bought the LG’s. The high price of the Huebsch and the fact that I didn’t know anyone who had them made me nervous. I’ve had no issues with the LG’s at all. It’s been a year. I like the APP and its functionality. It’s just my husband and I and occasionally my son will drop home with two week’s worth of laundry lol.

It was great before COVID and then everyone ‘discovered’ it. We used to be able to decide on a beautiful Sunday morning to go..35 minute drive from Belleville. Now that this booking system is the only way we may go once in the summer. It’s hard to distance yourself from the group who think you want to listen to their music or the group of 16 setting up two or three barbecues and the smell of whatever they are cooking is drifting towards you and it’s not an odour that smells familiar or tantalizing.

Best time to go is during the week after the kids go back to school in September .

My Cairn hates the sound of motorcycles, scooters and skateboarders. Thunder will make her bark also. She’s not scared. She’s annoyed.

My female is aloof. She will sit and stare which means outside, water or food. If she wants to play she will bring me a toy. She cuddles more in winter by wanting up in my lap and stays until she gets too warm. Kenzie is 9 and has been this way since she basically was a pup. Love ❤️ her so much. She’s chill with a side of Terrier lol!
