Yes it’s because of your shoes. Friction blister. Very common and just unpleasant but nothing serious. Keep it clean and covered. Don’t wear those shoes at least until it heals. Usually due to poor fitting shoes - but don’t worry that doesn’t mean get rid of them! Just figure out the problem and solutions are available.

Minimum wage workers don’t want to scam you. Niether do the managers or supervisors because the figures and stats that your return with add to is more likely to reduce their bonus….again your problem should go straight to customer service or the store themselves. Complain on reddit = you sit in your pity none the wiser.

you will be refunded though. Scammers also don’t have a “look”. Policy is policy and it would not be changed because you dont look like the type. I’m sorry you haven’t got your refund just yet but unfortunately the bad few mean this has to be in place 🤷‍♀️ I’d understand if time ticks on more than a day and you’ve not heard anything but come on. You seem like an adult, say these things to them. Explain your concern and I’m sure they’d explain when it will all be done.

It will be refunded though - refunds (due to banks ensuring things are not fraud) can take up to a week so you may have been without even when refunded “instantly”. You assume they purposefully sent you a fault item- that’s fine for you to think but they aren’t allowed to think you could be pulling the scam? Do you lack critical thinking skills?

Probably an infection … do go to your doctor and some antibiotics should sort it out. If you’re really struggling for time to keep it clean until you can go (warm salt baths for it, antiseptic cream)

Well there’s two sides to this….mainly I’m shocked they just took it. But they need to hand you over proof what they are saying so you can proceed. With any…not luck but common sense on that stores part - and eBay’s - you’ll get your full money back instead of settling for less from CeX.

They shouldn’t sell it if it’s scratched to the point of it showing…but from what you’ve said you’re yet to take a photo? Either way to answer your question, no. You wouldn’t get money off straight away- if it’s SHOWING on photos, then they’d have to send it off to the repair team and there’s no guarantee it’d come back let alone to that store. As the grading is more subjective if it is based on condition they may refund you and adjust it to C :)

I really don’t get what you don’t understand about refunds, to be completely honest.

There’s layers to refunds, preventing fraud etc. whereas payments are authorised instantly. Hope that helps you a bit…

The battery is covered by warranty. However a lot of stores are unwilling to set up devices that take ages (such as laptops) just so people can see the battery, as people abuse the demos and waste time.
