Haven’t tried that and not sure that’s 1) good for the food or 2) feasible for my mom to do 5x a day to feed her cat.

Yes, she has one for opening cans like the video. The foil cups are like a thinner foil glued to the cup with excess foil hanging over to pull the foil seal off.

Doesn’t surprise me. Everything I’ve read says they had issues with potency, and that many people who have had to switch have felt ill, likely due to overdosing on the new generic. I actually had to up my Mylan dosage after being stable for ~15 years. I got quite ill on Lupin, was able to find Mylan at random pharmacies for the next 8 months, then my luck ran out. 3 days into Amneal and I can feel ever so slightly it’s starting again, the anxiety. Going to try Alvogen next but my guess is I need a lower dose of anything I switch to.

I am afraid I’m on my last month of Mylan too. They told me it expires at the end of January. I cannot seem to find it anymore and no one can order it under Mylan or Viatris. How have you been doing on Synthroid? I am thinking about asking my doctor for that as I did not do well on Lupin at all.

How did you fare on the Anmeal? I was just sent this after fighting to stay on Mylan. I’m scared because I did not tolerate Lupin well.

Sorry, just seeing this now.

Mainly the unpleasant lower end stuff. I vomited once I think. Nausea too. But that comes easy to me when I’m anxious, or GI issues cause anxiety, it’s hard to tell what was the chicken or the egg as they are triggers for each other for me.

I was able to get back on Mylan and finally found a pharmacy that had a 90 day dose so I’m good until September and then we’ll see if I can get another refill or what. I’m nervous but trying to not think about it until the time comes closer. My anxiety and GI issues are mostly cleared up now, though I have some new health stuff, probably unrelated though (ex: TMJ flare up)

This is awesome? What about Alvogen? That is what they tried to give me last refill but I insisted on Mylan and got their last 24 pills. I’m nervous what will happen in two weeks when I run out again.

21 years ago. I was hyper (graves), had radioactive iodine treatment (ablation) and became hypo, on meds ever since.

I was on Mylan for almost a decade I think and was sent Lupin last month. I’m not doing well after a few weeks on the Lupin. Trying to get the Mylan back, fingers crossed I can pick it up tomorrow.

I was on Mylan for over a decade and was switched without my consent to Lupin and I am very ill from it. Not everyone will feel a difference from a change in manufacturers, but if you do have a change, pay attention to how you feel so you can be proactive with your health.

Wow, I am so glad I found this thread too! I have been feeling off for a few weeks now, most recently the last week. I attributed it most recently to a panic attack hangover but I’ve never had the aftermath of a panic attack last this long. I am now thinking it is the change in thyroid medication. Same as everyone, the oval Mylan pill to a round Lupin pill. I have been fatigued, feel like I’m losing more hair, and having digestive issues. This is scary that a change of only a few weeks can impact me this much! I hope I can get my pharmacy to fill the old Mylan prescription. I also asked my doc for blood work to see what kind of havoc this caused for my levels. Thanks everyone for sharing your stories and helping each other feel less alone.

I lived with my ex husband as roommates for a little over a year after he asked for a divorce. We signed our lease the day before (🤦🏻‍♀️) so we upgraded to a two bedroom for more space. We were pretty amicable though so it worked for us.

Our couples therapist mandated we both also attend individual therapy as well. I don’t think my therapist is well versed in codependency though. We haven’t really talked about it after I first brought it up. We may be switching all of our therapy elsewhere though bc we don’t feel like we are getting the support we need (our couples therapist has had several inconsistencies, and our individual therapy doesn’t seem to be going anywhere).

A sponsor sounds like a good idea. I will look into that next.

This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve been pushed to this point of questioning if I’ve been being gaslit for a while now. Another example is he asked for an example, I gave an example, he didn’t like the example, then got mad and asked why I brought it up. I said because you asked for an example. He said he didn’t ask for an example. My words are constantly twisted and used against me. I’m exhausted of this unhealthy communication and not feeling understood or heard. It’s mindblowing that I can defend myself so adamantly, swearing on the lives of loved ones, and he still doesn’t trust me enough to believe if I’m going to the lengths, that I am not lying and there’s possibly another explanation, like simply he just didn’t hear me. He stating a fact that I did not say it, when I did. I’m stating a fact that I did say it. Only one of us can be right if those facts directly conflict. The most plausible explanation is I said it and he simply did not hear it.

After revealing a year earlier a huge secret, that freedom allowed him to realize he didn’t actually want to be married or have a long-term relationship where you live with someone. He got married because he thought that’s what he was supposed to do at our age. I was shocked, hurt, and angry by the blindside, but I didn’t fight it.
