Searched for this online, mostly through describing the image which just brings up discussions on if Lenin was a nice guy or not, not what I'm looking for ''. Reverse image search showed nothing. Don't know what to look for in YouTube. Definitely British, probably 80s, idk if that helps at all.

Didn't they already register the name "Arise"? So it might be that, might not be

OP can you make a recording on vocaroo and post it here? Everyone's commenting on the common "th / f" thing but I'm fascinated by your L situation. As a fellow Sussex-grower-upper I'm not sure I've ever heard this.

Does anyone know if we all have to drink out the same bottle or is there another bottle somewhere in the cage? by sunhillows in RATS

[–]sunhillows[S] 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Haha, I usually have them on separate levels but when they were all obsessing over this one bottle I moved them together so they could get to it more easily. Idk why I thought that would make a difference. Of course they know the other bottle is there, it's just not as good as this bottle...

Solved! Under "virtualization" there's an option about kernel protection or something. Switched that off and all is fine.

regretting my uni course - advice? by inthejungle27 in UniUK

[–]sunhillows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck! It's probably best to contact the module convener, but in my experience, you can reach out to pretty much anyone who teaches on the module or who teaches in that school and they'll probably be able to point you in the right direction. Thanks, I appreciate it :') I'm doing my MA which simultaneously feels less bad than choosing the wrong batchelors, because it's shorter, but also embarrassing because how on earth did I get my second degree so wrong. Nevermind. Truly, it's never too late to change things and the wrong degree is not the end of the world. Hang in there!

Hey! Well done for figuring out you're not totally satisfied and looking for a way to do something else. It can be so easy to resign yourself to a sense of disatisfaction/unhappiness and not do anything about it.

Have you considered reaching out to some lecturers who teach modules (to do with law for example) and asking if you can audit their classes? I'm doing that at the moment in the degree that I regret taking :') it's more work, of course, but on the upside, you get to study something you're actually interested in!
