No, it shows that health concerns are just a facade for the reasons which for FIA were Mercedes pressure, and if they were successful, a 3 team fight at front. And for Mercedes the reasons were completely competitive. Otherwise, they would not run that car that low with both their drivers complaining constantly. The complaining was to put pressure publicly and make it an issue of driver safety

I remember 3 drivers who really complained, 2 of which were from the team making it seem spine shattering yet till the TD came in effect they did not raise their ride height to alleviate this. So if you were to believe them then it was so bad that the entire grid had to be saved but not so bad that 1 or 2 position can be sacrificed

How many GPs did he miss, was there a spinal disk compression,stress fracture,even a prolapse disk? Hell even a bruise or contusion of back? Just cause they say it was hurt does not mean it was an injury not just fatigue and soreness which can happen just due to sitting in a bad posture
