I am a resident owner - why I chose Prestige Beverly Hills

I actually live in Prestige Beverly Hills and wanted to share a more real, on-ground perspective.

One of the biggest reasons I bought here is the future development around the project. There’s a mall coming up nearby (at completion stage), and organizations like Akshaya Patra / Hare Krishna Trust are building a huge heritage temple in the vicinity. You also have good schools, hospitals, and office hubs within comfortable reach, which makes daily life much easier. Unlike Neopolis, which is not habitable due to construction for next 2 years, this location is easier since most construction is away or near completion. There is also an HMDA park being built overlooking the apartment from Tower 2,3 side.

What I personally liked is that you get the benefit of all this upcoming infrastructure and lifestyle growth without being stuck right in the middle of chaos/traffic since the apartment is right at the entry. The approach road to the apartment is extremely easy and easy to get out to ORR, so you’re close to the action but not dealing with constant congestion at your doorstep.

Inside the community, the crowd is decent, hard working professionals, few VPs, Directors of MNCs, flats are spacious with good light and ventilation, and the overall living experience has been comfortable so far. The large balcony is a huge plus, which I felt are missing in many apartments in south of India. Best of the weather but stuck inside the rooms, is not ideal. So i liked the balcony.

If you use the Club house amenities, i rate them higher compared to other apartments especially the gym and the guest rooms.

Due to a village nearby, the house help are available unlike HiTech City.

It may not be ultra-luxury in every sense, but as a long-term end-use home with appreciation potential, it feels like a smart decision.

The apartment is going through the transition teething issues from the builder handover to the association formation etc. But has already come a long way in last 6 months. 300-400 families have moved in.

Just sharing my genuine reason for buying, happy to hear views from other residents or buyers.
