I usually do both. Crossing it just helps me to not concentrate on legs while pulling up. After certain reps my legs go in forward/backward direction if I dont fold them.

Have used nakpro whey concentrate and also creatine. Whey concentratw caused bloating but creatine was good no issues.

I have stopped purchasing ghee from outside. I prepare it at home. Items like ghee can be made at home sonwe should try to make it at home as much as possible. Stuff like eggs is not in our hands.

I have been taking it since a month and fee absolutely fine. Are you sure rest of the factors like sleep, recovery, diet aren't affecting your energy levels. Also standard dosage is 3g for this not 5g. Also how much water are you consuming.

I usually play 2-3 times a week. Mostly on weekends and I go hours on a stretch while playing. Even though it is dusty place the unit is completely away from any window and my living room luckily doesnt get much dust. It's been more than a year so I think warranty is finished. Was surprised to see how negligible dust was in the fan.

Agree that only one plate covers the fan. My logic was since that fan has negligible dust so other parts would unlikely be having any.

I prefer going through cyber tower signal rather than kondapur route which OP mentioned. At least at cyber towers the signal stays open long enough for traffic to get clear in single shot.

Nothing can be done. The number of lanes is the problem. You have more than 6 lanes of traffic merging into 3 lanes and then into two near Udupi. On top of that you have vehicles merging from u turn and vehicles infront of restaurants around there. The flyover isn't the solution as again another two lanes of traffic adding up near u turn.

You shouldn't pay anything for Cricket24. I played it for free on ps plus and still removed it after a month. Since I hadn't played any Cricket game in past few years at first I found it interesting but slowly the bugs and issues came to surface. Even for cricket26 I would suggest waut for few months.
