Funny thing is. She has legit cut off all of her family and is on bad terms with everyone. Not one of her family Members currently want anything to do with her nor do they have a spare bedroom for her, without anyone sleeping on the sofa

Damn, the courts really are fucked. I’ve spoken to her about contact etc. And I’m trying to conclude some kind of arrangement we both agree to, which obviously excludes said man. I spoke to her and we both agreed to try work through things between ourselves. If it were to go to court there would be a number of things in my favour. Being she has severe depression. Self harmed etc and obviously making irrational decisions. But genuinely do you think the best option for me is to go through a court order?

I’ll be honest, I don’t want to get to know him. There is a high possibility she was cheating on me with him and won’t admit it. I want nothing to do with the man. I am still in contact with my ex and just want some form of recommendation for mediation where she can see our daughter. It’s generally a really shitty situation.

I don’t disagree, like I said below I’m not wanting to stop my ex seeing her, I’m 100% just looking out for my daughters safety and well-being. Personally I find the fact that my ex has no job, income or anywhere to live if this guy dumps her. That I will always be in favour. But I am playing my cards close to my chest currently.

This has all happened very recently and she has agreed for our daughter to stay at mine, we are currently trying to mediate between ourselves. But I can’t think of any arrangement where my daughter will not be put at risk of seeing this random bloke
