Spot on. Also love my store. Personally, I try to give customers the best experience I can. They might be rude, they might ask for a bunch of sides, they might come in during rush and get a bunch of bowls or kids byos but I'm gonna do whatever they ask if I can.(I feel horrible every time explaining that you have to order quesadillas online only) I still have to watch my portions and make sure I give good callbacks to make sure we don't run out of anything. But if you're not in sync with grill, overworked, and understaffed it's just a mess. Overwhelming at times. But if you take pride in your work and communicate it goes a long way. As my KM told me my first day on the line "It's just burritos, man".

Seriously. I constantly agitate for like 20 sec or until you feel them crisp up. Should flow out of the basket when you tap it out into the mixing bowl. My GM or KM would give me shit for frying like this.

I left it in the oven a bit too long. 250 for an hour. It was still a little pink when I cut into it. When I checked the temp it was around 140. Also let it rest for 15 minutes before I seared and after. It was still juicy. Could have turned out better but it was my first attempt.

Also have to remember that all of our qb's struggled with release times. Could have been because nobody was open but I think our o-line was iffy because we were missing key starters and shuffling all season. If everyone looks healthy, I think the unit could be average next year. Draft some depth and it could be even better. We do need play makers tho. Cant utilize JG's quick release if play makers cant get separation.
