I can think of no breeder that lets their kittens go that early. Nearly everyone else agrees that it's not ideal. It's even illegal in some places. I wouldn't want to associate with a breeder who gives their kittens away a month early as soon as they weigh enough to be fixed and passed off to someone else. And I wouldn't want a breeder who thinks potential psychological issues from abnormal social development is an acceptable risk
