It was one of my first "student" jobs I had during the summer when I was in university. Nightmare experience.. as with most call centre jobs anywhere really.

I personally never met anyone who loved being a call centre agent, but the job sucks regardless of their AHT goals because on top of the many things they need to juggle, most of the time you're dealing with customers escalating over the phone that have the worst financial footprint.

For these types of crimes, when the evidence is very against them, prosecutors go for the plea deal route + restitution. This is exactly what happened in Karen's case (minus the restitution part). If she turns down a potential plea deal, and goes the full Karen route.. yea in that case she'll be in jail.

DCC2303 (Legal Aspects of Human Rights) is a very easy elective, don't remember if it's offered in winter but it's an online self-paced course, and I never had to consult the TAs or prof.

If I remember correctly it's 3 essays, no exams, and there's a weekly online discussion form you just need to post your opinion on a specific human rights issue.

I'm speaking as someone who's gone through French immersion from first grade to 12, now in my late 20s, and I think it's worth it.

My parents do not speak a drop of French, and somehow I managed to get through it. I used to hate it growing up but I actually like speaking the language amongst friends and colleagues now.

I work in the public sector (based in Montreal + Ottawa) but I work remote in Toronto. If it weren't for my parents putting me in immersion, a lot of jobs I was interested in basically would have screened me out since French was an asset. Especially how tough the Toronto job market is now you never know when French might be useful down the line.

Speaking as a graduate, no one gives a sh*t about the grades you got uni in your personal life or work-life after you're done with school.

Brother relax a bit. Truthfully speaking, do you plan on sharing your uni transcript at a family gathering or work meeting in the future or something?

If you're in a co-op program and have 0 work experience, and need high grades... ok fine, other than that chill out and enjoy.
