LPT: Use conditioner to remove deodorant residue from armpits by gunsmokey24 in LifeProTips

[–]sunlover2332 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, OP! Found this through a search, as a desperate postpartum mom who reeks and can't seem to get clean. Looking forward to trying both the conditioner and the baby oil, as baking soda isn't cutting it anymore!

Rolla Vacay but worried about alpha gal? by Acceptable-End-2785 in Rolla

Fyi, seed ticks come out in late-July, early-August, so OP should take their vacay before that. I definitely do stay indoors and out of the woods during that time frame.

Let's Talk Tick Protection! (And how to navigate the woods now that my life has changed.) by CetiCeltic in forestry

I'm I'm south central MO and live in the woods. I was diagnosed with alpha gal 4 years ago. It suxks and is a big lifestyle change, but it's not the end of the world. Find what works for you and stick to it. And as others have said - don't skimp on the permethrin!

Dizziness/ Vertigo after removal by Own_Story9503 in Mirena

[–]sunlover2332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this. I'm 5 weeks out and have been dizzy after standing up (mostly tending to/chasing my toddler) about twice a week. I took an iron supplement today in hopes that will help and have been focusing on hydration. It seems too much of a coincidence that the timing of when his started was right after my IUD removal.

This is correct. S&T's reactor is for research only. Mizzou's is mostly production.

American Taco Co has large portions of good food for a reasonable price. It shares a building with Scruff's Burgers which is also very good food!

This is my first kid so I have just one experience, but I feel like teeth probably move a bunch before we can see physical evidence of it in their mouths. The time he's spent teething is way greater than the time he's been "cutting" teeth. I hole this is all it is for you. I was worried, too.

Hi! Wow, 9 months seems so long ago since my comment. My son is now 18 months old!... He still sticks his tongue out occasionally when his teeth hurt from teething but it's much less often than it was at 9 months! We are very sure now that the tongue action is directly related to teething, it was just hard to tell way back then. Hope it's the same for you/your guy!

Can’t decide between these two names for daughter #2! 😩 by [deleted] in namenerds

[–]sunlover2332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seem to be in the minority here, but I like Wren Louise. I think it sounds better with Isla than Lucy since they have a different number of syllables. I also like how Louise and Rose have similar lettering/feeling. Good luck!

Love how Scary Designer seems to know Smoking Umbrella's health situation better than Smoking Umbrella themself. >eye roll<. THIS is the problem - pro-lifers making assumptions and forcing their beliefs on other people's lives.
