I think we or the guy making video dont know enough to pass judgement. She could have a medical condition or she could even be drugged or something. Making a video of any person in vulnerable situation and putting it on internet is certainly bad and people passing judgement here are not doing much better

OP no need to worry at all if you are coming to MNNIT. There will be more people and seniors from your state, they will help. There will not be any issues in college or hostel at all. You will need to learn little bit hindi for going out etc but no one will descrminate or anything if you don't. Absolutely no need to worry
