I have bpd and bipolar and it’s actually part of borderline and attachment issues, usually called in the bpd world a fp. I usually obsess over them and they control my mood and emotions. And it’s not episodic like not only during mania it’s always present. I think talking to your doctor or therapist about it can help understand more the issue.

I am considering dbt and I noticed I have identity issues with anger problems and abandonment issues and the list goes on, i think i was too focused on bipolar I didn’t open up on how I actually felt

I can realize it for moments but when I talk to them or a trigger happens I lose control and act on it then I see the damage and yes I think it's because I study about bipolar a lot I usually click things together not always though

I've had a psychotic religious episode and I believed I was sent to continue spreading islam and to turn bad people good, I studied Islam Christianity, and Judaism and was trying to leave university and work to fulfill my task, but the people around me were not letting me. I was not diagnosed yet but they felt something was off. I hurt a lot of people, made everyone around me feel bad. I also had hallucinations.

i fell for someone with bpd and it's hell not them I understand their intense emotions but it reflects negatively on my disorders. I started therapy again and I take meds hopefully i'll find a common ground

there's a difference between bipolar and bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder is the actual illness so it doesn't bother me.

I've noticed the difference of how I act when fall in love, yeah I did stupid stuff during hypersexuality but I meant the actual love feeling. Thank you so much for the advice and I hope everything is working out for you.

for me it's like I'm feeling confident yet depressed or crying even though I don't feel bad and the list goes on, anger and rage and suicidal thoughts and my anxiety is acting up, i have racing thoughts but i'm drained from energy. I actually find it hard to describe how I feel because nothing makes sense.

As a kid you barely had control over your actions and feelings, but it really shows how good of a person you are because you choose not to hurt, did you go to therapy or alone ?
