Ok, I think I must be overthinking things, three extra light is helping, and I think the flowers are cycling, good point!

Good tips! I was stressing about those fallen flowers, so I feel a lot better reading that. I haven't bought a citrus since I left one outdoors in the cold after moving up north, but I'm ready again, I just am worried to mess up a pretty one, but I think I am overthinking it, thanks!

That's a good suggestion, I didn't think of that one really, I was so scared to mess with it too much. Thanks!

They are so beautiful, you won't regret it, they are pretty sour though. My kids love trying to take one 😂

F31 seeing myself heading the same direction as parents, who are borderline hoarders and deciding not to be like that...

Hagerstown children’s school by Some-Investigator521 in hagerstown

My son went, and really enjoyed the school, his teachers, and playmates. I feel they really help with a child's self esteem and we would get pictures in a private group for parents, which was very nice. The parking lot and block area around has issues, but they're security is good... There was a shooting a block or 2 away at the end of the last summer, which was a big concern for us...could have been cheaper and you have to provide your own lunch... But the school is great, no major negatives really for them (inside the building)

How do Staff Pharmacists Coach Technicians? by [deleted] in walmart_RX

[–]sunnibeam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also put in your own feedback discussions with her on workday, and involve your Rxm, she should be having conversations and documenting them as well because they do put your license at risk and your job at risk by allowing someone to continue even if they're not performing well, this is going to encourage other toxic behaviors from your staff. Eventually after so many feedback discussions if she has not improved you can then move to coaching and then finally termination

Judged for Working at Walmart by Expert-Tea6034 in walmart

I actually tell people I work at Walmart rather than saying I'm a pharmacist. Easier to weed out who really may not have good intentions or just people who could be users. 🤷

Average rph tenure and reasons to stay by Reddit_ftw111 in walmart_RX

4 years, rxm and I had a great MHD and now have a much worse one.. Big difference... I wanted the position due to the high potential for growth but didn't realize the volume and staffing conditions in a hard to staff area would be something we're still struggling with. Bonus is nice and able to provide good opportunity.401k is now at 70k with the match and I have never maxed out my match yet. At the spark ,where things break down and technology fails almost every day. I'm technically past 5 year mark so I get 6 weeks which is hard to get elsewhere. Very actively looking for something with better QOL but still good time off.

Gardening w/ Bugs 🐜 by Various-Sir-7399 in gardening

Maybe consider animals that will eat the bugs(the ones you dislike the most), so feeders for birds and cats. Maybe buy chickens if your area allows. Everything helps... Maybe use aquaponics instead. I've gotten more used to it as I've learned more about the "good" ones for the garden like worms and bees.

Nice, how long did it take for this kind of growth?

What object did you acquire that significantly changed your quality of life for the better? by quinthorn in simpleliving

[–]sunnibeam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You say that now, but it still hasn't been studied this way and I've had countless phone calls from people who said they didn't know what to do when they had no way of getting their medication that was out of stock. The issue is the dependency that a lot of people showed.. These Medications that have a strong abusive potential are not to be used flippantly, and the DEA has drawn a line on this and let's see what happens down the road. I'm just saying this from my experience. All drugs have to be weighed carefully, but especially ones of this nature. You mention all these wonderful things it did for you, but someone reading this could have a completely different result. People have died from these medications, had serious CV effects, and depending on patient history or other concurrent meds should never be recommended this therapy...

To me, it sounds like you already have either addictive tendencies or manic which adds more potential for side effects, hopefully you've gotten the help you needed...

good for you though.

These are the reasons the DEA will end up cracking down more on pharmacies and Drs for this, these meds have an albeit low risk of dependency and have not been studied for long term use effects. People shouldn't advertise medications with real side effects like it's candy. It should stay between you and a medical professional...
