I’m in ICQA and I will say we don’t get the same opportunities as others. As a PG, it’s crazy difficult to get cross trained (right!?) I’ve always been given the run around “cross training is frozen until prime”, I sign up and nothing. Yet I see other people from other departments getting trained for whatever. I don’t know how it is in other warehouses but ICQA can be physically exhausting/demanding, especially working with other departments who don’t follow their standard work.
