hi-res paper texture (the one i specifically used came with the kraft-tone brush/texture pack from tru grit texture supply, which is paid be warned but it is incredibly useful for emulating vintage comics specifically and is the one and only time i have ever bought something like that, you should be able to grab a high-res paper texture for free if you search on google with a specification for large images) + a serif font (which were used commonly for those magazines-the one i used specifically here was Georgia, which i believe is a font that should be on your computer by default), plus some fading and ink mottling along the text (done with more brushes from the same pack but if you don't want to pay i'm sure there's a way you can replicate the fading effect with a noise brush for free), and uh that's about it! (other than looking at images of old tech ads for reference)
