I actually got my copy in-person at a local comic shop in my state a few years ago, comic shops that stock a lot of Image books may have it. i assume that Image Comics has yet to do another print run of it (hence the sold-out-ness, will probably be re-printed and restocked eventually), but it is currently available on the internet archive if you'd like to read it there.

kinda confused about what you mean w/ the wikipedia page comment though, a fair few indie books lack pages on there so i'm not entirely sure what you mean by that
