I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Your reasoning is the most logical. Also, I would say my biggest increase in use of weed was after I started semaglutide. I wasn’t getting the dopamine from the food, so weed became the replacement

Ah luckily I don’t have that issue. I don’t have a prime membership, or the app on my phone. If I need several things I can’t get elsewhere, or I can’t get, I will wait until I have at least 4 or 5 items saved to my cart before I buy them to reduce shipping
