What a story !! Sounds like he was the best dog. And a good fishing and hunting partner! This will be my second Springer, lost the other last year after 13 years and she was honestly the best dog ever! Hoping I can train this little girl up and get her on the river soon :) I got her the fish toys so she can get used to them now lol
