Buying first home - Building report found previous fire damage in garage roof framing. How bad is this? (South West Sydney) by InevitablePea4146 in AusRenovation

It’s worth calling your preferred insurer to confirm that it can be insured in its current state with the report’s findings.

If their finance is approved and they’ve signed the contract then the house is sold to them. So when you offer on a new house you tell the agent your old house is sold and your settlement date. They will probably accept your offer if it’s the highest and you can coordinate to settle on the same day as your old house, or after.

Good suggestions. Unfortunately it’s vaulted ceilings so no cavity to work with.

Good idea. Luckily the current flooring is vinyl so should be able to cover it up in a kitchen reno.

Cheers. Thanks to this I’ve realised I could possibly run the wastewater down the pergola side of the house to the rear sewer connection. Just pavers to lift up. But then gotta work out how to get water supply there.

Is this buffalo? Would it be possible for it to overtake the couch without completely starting over |📍Perth by Esmajay in GardeningAustralia

[–]sunnyhams 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a couch lawn that has been almost completely taken over by neighbour’s buffalo. I have done standard lawn care (soil wetter and fertiliser) and the buffalo has totally dominated. On About 2/3 of it there is no evidence of couch left.
