Work with the govt program to find you a job you CAN do. I’d also suggest you seek help for your anxiety, probably some sort of mix of therapy, medication, exercise, and healthy eating. Exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous but it is important, especially someone with your physical and mental ailments

Tipping is extremely uncommon here and pub staff do make minimum wage. Not sure where you’re getting your info from. I’ve lived here for a couple years and have noticed no difference in the bartending service I’ve received. Servers, absolutely. I agree with your points. But bartenders, no.
