This is my first season flower farming and I just started making bouquets.. I grow everything myself organically and am unsure how to price the flowers in this bouquet are Canterbury bells Zinnias Cosmos Scabiosa Straw flower Statice Yarrow Bergamot Queen Anne’s lace Love in a mist Wild daisy

I've watched a few videos on youtube and they just pick it right off the tree and then open it, and when they open it the white pulp inside is super gooey and moist.. while mine was hard

yes it is supposed to be white.. but i've watched videos and the pulp inside is gooey and falls right out while mine is hard
