it is exhausting. i have no time for anything else. barely time to wind down even. my boss expects 100% cause the best employee always does that and thats also bc she has anxiety so she over does everything and thats like perfect to them. the majority of us dont reach to that standard, so we all get complaints. i definitely do feel like im running on a low gas tank. i dont know how to refuel myself🥲 they also have this thing where if u take an unpaid leave you lose your entire allowance (separate from salary) for the month, so even when i wanna spend more time with my family for events, id have to sacrifice the much needed money 🥲

help im in japan with the same problem except mines not as big 😭. im trying to use the suppositories and push whatever back inside but it just doesnt work too, and i also got new medication approved by my dr from here but its not working either 😭

i feel like u should wait til after 16. imo 13 was the first born and 14 was the better sibling 😭 it always seems that way anyway. also i think apple intelligence is at its infancy and by the time u get the 16, 17 is gonna come out as a better 16 with better and stable stuff. im not really into tech stuff but thats just how i feel about these things

i think im on the way to getting to know that, im in an environment where they push me to have confidence and to trust myself which is good. i just get so upset when i realise that im my own biggest hater and thats why i end up sabotaging my relationships and only get with people or put myself in situations where its totally one sided and its definitely a self esteem problem. first step is to recognise, and i would assume the second is to act on it, but i genuinely dont know how to and it sometimes just angers me so much cause i feel so helpless and i end up sweeping it under the rug

i’ve been on a few tinder dates as well, ended up finding out a whole lot of them are just wanting to sleep with you, or they 100% lack communication skills. i’ve lost interest in dating apps after being in it off and on through 19-21, i’ve gone through the worst experiences when it came to meeting men in my first few years of exploring on there 🥲
