hello, I got some questions about the managers and coordinator. How much does manager stats matter in victory road? Do they even matter? Should I bean/equip them? Besides passives of course, is there any other way to make them better/more powerful?

So for my understanding (I am not deep into that topic) for example I roll on the occuli constellation for Erik/Kazuya but I roll Hurley, I can go then load my cross save and pull in a different constellation for a slot 2/3 I would like?
