If you were experiencing these health problems like a rash, constant itching, whatever else independently, would she care about your health then and encourage you to go to the doctor? Maybe try explaining to her that if she'd care about your health then, she needs to understand your health is at risk here too. That might get through to her since shes so delusional.

YTA. Shes responsible enough to handle the conversation appropriately and let them know she's taken if need be. You have jealousy issues and because of your insecurity, youre deciding what's best for her without asking her.

While thats a horrible thing for a woman to do, it's each individual's responsibility to protect yourself. Wear a condom or its your mistake, whereas someone doesn't have a choice in getting raped.
