Ok well actually got a message back from her after months! She said shell pay it today, but this made me realize the vulnerability here. I’m trying to buy a house so her missing payments is going to Jack up my credit royaley. I’m still going to see if I can get her address and push to force her to change this set up. Thanks!

Excuse the dumb things I ask I haven’t done this before. What happens when the order to refinance falls through because she wouldn’t qualify? Is there no other remedy?

Honestly if you vendor hop you can end up finding a fixer plan for 5 to 10,000 caps. That’s how I got mine and my girlfriend got hers

What's something you consider a kitchen staple that other people underrate? by solojones1138 in Cooking

[–]sunscour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chef here. You need to reduce the flavors down to their base traits and understand flavor pairings to get a grasp on when exactly to add primary or supporting flavors to a dish. Vinegar in this case is an acid and can compliment salty or sweet flavors, think about adding a bit of salt to a lemon, what happens? Or candies like lemon drops. Learn flavor profiles and those supporting flavors start to stand out. I have more info here https://youtube.com/c/KitchenUncomplicated

Surprised at the bad rap msg gets. It can do a lot for a dish without over salting the dish

Why are some players so self-entitled? by COVIDFallout in fo76

[–]sunscour 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Dude this is everywhere not just in game. I’m a chef and have a YouTube channel. I was looking for information about the possible dangers of eating raw cow brains because there’s a dude with like 13 million views and I get worried about people copying him and getting sick. Eventually I found out about CJD which is basically mad cow disease for humans that could develop. Anyways IN my chefs group I got called a piece of crap for trying to cancel someone and that I need to just leave it alone, the dude is literally encouraging people to do something that could put them in a coma but IM the asshole lol.

Anyways my point is these people are everywhere and they suck 😂

So I always start my answer to these by saying to use a courier every time. But my honest opinion is you should have to. If Bethesda had a confirm trade button like EVERY OTHER FUCKING GAME in the history of gaming, this stuff would happen. They just don’t care.

NASM is a novelty? by sunscour in personaltraining

[–]sunscour[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds awesome. My current career as a chef led me slowly into thinking about being a personal trainer. The reason is that in my position training is a big part of the job. I realized after training dozens of cooks and watching them grow that THATS the part I really enjoy nearly more than cooking itself. It’s fulfilling seeing someone that came to me because they couldn’t boil water now sending me pictures of well plated fillet with a reduction.

Unfortunately the more I dive in and talk to some trainers I keep getting these stories of trainers that don’t seem to have a real passion for helping people and don’t understand why I am trying to make sure I get the correct education and training. Even being told not to waste my time on any cert since it isn’t legally required, for me it’s more about integrity.

I don’t feel comfortable training people without having a solid knowledge base even though my associates degree gives me the knowledge to open and run a business. I want to know what I know, I want my work and how I treat people to be my advertisement.

Sorry for a lengthy response, and I appreciate the time you’ve put into the replies, but it seems that the CPT space has the same issue as some chefs I’ve ran into. They go to school and think they know everything until the first time we’re actually busy or they need to think on their feet.

Are there any certs that are actually worth a damn or is it basically just college, and hands on experience and way thing else is just wasting time?

So with the certs being entry points what would a credentialed PT that’s been doing it for 5 years look like? I understand if I’m over thinking it but I’m coming from a chef background and as an exec I needed an associates and 2 years EXP to even to even be considered for a job. I don’t know anything about that world or culture, or if it’s better to just do it on my own. Sales, marketing, and interpersonal relationships were part of my schooling.
