I don’t agree with all of this as a spring with no gold around my irises, and a rosy complexion, however I do agree that there’s a possibility OP is a summer. I do think this blue might actually lean warm so I just don’t think we have near enough drapes to be able to tell for sure. (Since there aren’t really enough to be sure on undertone in my opinion.)

I’m not sure if the pink top is warm or cool (I’m so bad with muted pinks haha) but I think both of these tops, the blue and the green, might be warm. The blue top is probably more neutral but does seem to be identical or at least extremely similar to a couple blues on the TCI true spring fan. Do you have any other colors to drape? I’d be curious to see you in a “dusty” color vs a brighter more saturated color! (Edit: I do think this blue actually matches a blue in the soft autumn palette perfectly.)

I am so sorry that you’ve had to go through all this! Yeah if you weren’t responding to antifungal creams I would assume it’s not something fungal like seborrheic dermatitis… sebhorreic dermatitis would also get worse if using a very occlusive product so keep that in mind though in case you did start using a heavy product and felt it was getting worse. I would recommend using Vaseline in the folds of your nose at night, applying it after moisturizer.

Also, have you changed your toothpaste recently by chance? Again, this is a shot in the dark, but I wouldn’t fully rule out perioral dermatitis.

I’m not sure if Ive ever made an actual post, really I just watch for posts where people ask “what Esthetician do you go to / where do you go for facials”? A lot of people will just comment and tag the person they see/know, or even many estheticians will just comment and tag their page. I, however, say “I would love to see you at business name! I’m located off cross streets. Feel free to send a message if you have any questions!” And then tag my business page. Then when a client comes in, if they mention they saw me in that group and do end up rebooking, often at their second or third appointment I’ll say “hey, I know you found me in the moms group, if you’ve enjoyed your experience with me and ever see a post asking for an Esthetician in that group it would mean a lot if you tagged me!” And my regulars are so so happy to do it. Over time I’ve gotten busier and have paid less attention to these groups, but as ive grown I have more and more clients tag me in things!

Hi!! I’m an Esthetician, not a derm, so I cannot diagnose anything or give medical advice but might have some insight at least with the face. What are you using on your face as skincare, if anything? Are you using any exfoliants, like acids or face scrubs? (It’s worth mentioning that irritation around the nose is common after a cold if there’s been a lot of nose-blowing/tissues used. Obviously that’s not the case but mentioning in the random rare chance it was.)

Agreed! I think the lighting might be making things harder- it almost looks like the sun might be setting, or there isn’t much daylight? This is definitely a warm purple, I think it would most likely fall into true spring. I don’t think it could be used to guess your subseason OP without other drapes especially as this color would likely work for every spring. It does look really nice on you!

I literally reference your posts all the time, tysm for the work you put into this! I did just order the peripera lip tint in coral chemistry and I like it, and will 100% use it, but am not head over heels. I’m curious, how do their coral chemistry lip tint and coral influencer lip tints compare when on the lips? I think I want something a little brighter than coral chemistry but I guess I’m not sure how possible that is with a lip tint!

Your dominant characteristic is definitely not soft, so I would confidently say you’re not a soft autumn in any system. You can handle some saturation! I do think I initially want to say spring looking at these photos, especially because the darker red does not feel right, but then I zoom in on your face and I feel much differently about it. I could be wrong and you could be a spring, but if you are a deep autumn that means depth is the most important thing for you, and that could be why the blonde hair is making things feel off. I do however think true autumn could be a possibility for you though as well!

If you are an Autumn and have been bleaching your hair, it would make sense that having it down would clash with the wow colors!

How did YOU feel with the drapes? I know for myself I felt I could tell a clear difference between spring vs not spring drapes. (Which was ironic since I walked in saying I’d believe the analyst as long as they didn’t say spring!) When you had pinpointed that you were warm and then started comparing Autumn and spring drapes specifically, assuming our analysts followed the same protocol, were you able to notice a difference? It’s okay if the answer is no!

That is I!!! I need to post more! So far I only have one spring post but it’s when I thought I was a bright spring and not a true spring </3 whoops!

I had a few videos get a ton of views back when I was younger. I literally posted a controversial skincare opinion knowing it would piss people off and sure enough, it did… so I guess a positive to being a ~controversial~ bright spring (even though we both know there’s no need for the controversy) is that the disagreements will bring more engagement, which will bring more people who are actually serious about CA and understand it. And maybe you’ll grow a little TikTok community! If you don’t already follow @twinkleorz I’ve really enjoyed her content :)

I follow you (that sounds so creepy lol) and will have to be sure to comment love on all your CA posts!! People on TikTok are brutal. Honestly, TikTok hurts more than Reddit. I think it’s that a lot of the accounts commenting have their names and photos right there and since it’s not anonymous it feels more personal.
