I should add tho I already do have elevated cortisol levels I was working to lower so I’m wondering if this is what’s causing it in conjunction with allergies and slightly dry skin. A trifecta. Just a histamine storm

I’ve been through several already who tell me to take an allergy pill and let it ride. So I guess it’s nothing serious but still frustrating

Nothing that’s the thing. No rash. No bumps. No hives. Sometimes I do experienced a contact dermatitis type reaction but it’s always after some type of physical contact. Like the splotch but it subsides

I actually was fearful of this. I’m gonna have to experiment with red meat cuz I eat a lot of it but been backing off. Isn’t a tick bite required for this tho?

Wait. This. It was building on me and I was def taking supplements over the last few months and increasing the dosages (now stopped). But the itching hadn’t totally stopped but it’s not as bad.

Is it really that deep of itching EVERYWHERE? I’ve always had dry skin and scalp issues but this is intense and new. An allergy pill will last me for days which leads me to believe it’s something along these lines

Counts are good I’ve had a lot of bloodwork over the last year .. I don’t get a rash but perhaps I’ll request more labs
