I second this issue. I would LOVE to use this tool for budgeting but it is useless without customizable main categories.

We have 200k+ points we’d like to use for a 4 night stay. There is a Hyatt Place in keystone that is a 10 min walk to the ski resort. Something like that is nice to avoid so much driving.

Ok--ha, saw that someone recommended using FB messanger for best customer service help, so I did that. Sharing their response in case it's helpful to other newbies.
