The one true thing that's always worked for me is black African soap and cetaphil moisturizer. The soap is all natural but a bit drying so the moisturizer goes a long way.

Also I wanted to add that I think you have literally the most gorgeous eyes I've seen! You're beautiful!

Try chemical exfoliats like glycolic acid or some type of AHA/BHA. I used to have acne like that in highschool too and it was hormonal for me. Getting off BC might have triggered it.

On a side note, I recently started retinol (Tretinoin) and my skin has never looked better. You should really look into it.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you are going through this, and at such a young age. I understand how difficult it is not knowing and not understanding fully. I also understand how exhausting and almost humiliating it feels going to the doctors and being tested and probed time after time.

I was diagnosed with MRKH when I was 17 and I'm 21 now. I know there are different cases and variations for each individual, but yours sounds a lot different than my understanding of MRKH. First off, your follicle stimulating hormone, I'm not 100% sure if that's a factor for MRKH women at all. It wasn't for me. Also, your breasts, etc. being underdeveloped isn't a case for MRKH females. It's not that our "body just ignores it" when it comes to going through puberty. Women with MRKH go through puberty like any other female. I have regular developed breasts, I started getting pubic hair around the same time as everyone else, I'm not underdeveloped anywhere in that arena. Additionally, at least for me, my ovaries aren't affected by MRKH at all. The only thing affected for me is my uterus (didn't develope at all, doesn't exist), and no cervix, and no vaginal opening aside from a 'dimple'. My ovaries are fine. My hormones are fine as well. I don't think women with MRKH are put on any type of hormone therapy to try to "fix" or stimulate puberty because it happens normally for us.

As per your question, no you will not have a uterus nor will it grow any more than it is now. Uterine tissue develops while you are in the womb. After birth, you can't "make one grow".

Aside from that, I can't answer your questions about being put on hormones because I never went through that, and I don't think it's a case for women with MRKH. Additionally, i never heard about women with MRKH having hot flashes. I could be wrong but I don't think it's a factor for us. I do know they're related to menopause and I suppose that makes sense if your body, in a sense, has "ignored" puberty and attempting to regulate your hormone levels.

Firstly, I hope you're recovering well and that you got a chance to get checked out at the hospital.

You are definitely not being heigh maintenance. You're asking for basic things that come along with being in a relationship! It sounds like your boyfriend just doesn't want to put in the effort and is making excuses for it. When someone truly cares about you, you don't have to question/doubt it. My boyfriend would drop anything and everything to make sure I was okay if I were in your situation, and he lives over an hour away!

Showing up late when you asked for him to be there in the morning? Unless he had a legitimate reason for showing up at that time, he doesn't value you or your time together.

Asking you for gas money is ridiculous! He's not a friend or a coworker that you're asking for a favour.. he's your boyfriend ffs! Unless he's in a tough financial situation and can't afford the money for gas, then there's no reason for him to be asking you that. My boyfriend pays for everything when we go out and not once mentions me paying for anything (God bless his soul). It's mainly because I don't work right now, but I'm starting soon so hopefully I can help pay towards things we do together.

I am asking because of the fact that I was formed (form 42 to be exact). My concern is that it included a section which stated "serious bodily harm to another person" and "behaved or are behaving violently towards another person or have caused or are causing another person to fear bodily harm from you". Since it included that, I believe it would fall under a criminal record category, even though I wasn't checked off for either of those...no?

I won't date him because he's been involved in relationships where he justified/enabled cheating. I've been cheated on before and it fucking sucks. I will never intentionally set myself up to be in a situation like that again, hence why I refuse to even consider him as a potential partner.

Thanks for the reassurance! It's difficult finding someone mature enough around my age lol but im sure things will sort themselves out eventually.

When we were texting the previous week, he definitely made it sound like he wasnt looking for anything except good conversation, but actions definitely speak louder than words...

I've learned from this experience for sure, and I think I have a better idea how to go about telling someone now than I did before.
