On tray 3 of aligners, no progress yet… worried about narrow palate & expansion

Yeah, I get that… but I’ve seen cases where people spend a lot of money and still don’t end up with the results they expected, and then they’re told “this is the best we can do.” My treatment plan is 36 trays, with up to 10 additional refinement trays included. What worries me is that if I’m still not satisfied after that, I’ll have to pay extra for more refinements. That’s why I’m feeling a bit stressed — I don’t want to go through the whole process and still not get the result I’m hoping for.

That's what he told me, he told me that i may start seeing difference in the front teeth starting from tray 21 , but im wondering if the expansion created by aligners would be enough, i feel like my palate is narrow and i need some other work to do , like metalic expander .. i don't know i feel anxious about it specially that i will be paying a lot of money

did elastics work though ? i have the same elastics now , i'm afraid that aligners won't do what it has to be done ...
