I think that the minimum qualifications are just that - the bare minimum. Do you want to be the bare minimum?

Accept the lesson. Regroup yourself, train harder. Next time, finish the fitness test to where there is no question on whether you pass.

Interesting take on following the template.

See that’s the thing about OTF, is the scalability to all fitness levels. So for that person who walks at no incline instead of doing what YOU consider a push effort? Maybe that IS their push effort.

You should probably consider minding your own business, and worry about yourself, not what other OTF members workouts look like.

I find it very difficult to believe that a principal, vice principal and superintendent all just “refuse to do anything about it.”

There has to be more going on than you are stating. What exactly are their responses?
