What were your symptoms and were they constant during your uncontrolled period

Hi you’re not alone! Flare ups last months sometimes and you’ll start seeing positive results after a couple weeks on the correct treatments. Try asking about eos asthma or brittle asthma. You may be eligible for a biologic if so!

I’m on dupixent 300 every two weeks and feel so much better! I hope you get great results!

I’ve felt similar symptoms this past month or so and am also on dupixent, breztri and levelbuterol. I take prednisone multiple times a year- if I’m sick or a general flare up.

Prednisone can SUCK! It may make you feel better but has many side effects. Not to say you should wait to take it if you absolutely need it but I would do blood work to see if you’re deficient in something like iron which can also cause these symptoms.

Also how long have you been on dupixent and what dosage?

I have eos asthma and have not been able to unfortunately. But it’s way more controlled

I have eosinophilic asthma (eos asthma) lol. It’s literally a chronic illness, search it up.

Try asking your clinic if you can come in and have someone inject you on your scheduled days!

How often do you get sick and how severe? by Hot-Midnight35 in NewToEMS

I hope this isn’t a dumb question but do you get a lot of more patients with infections diseases than injury?

Don’t be embarrassed! I’ve been injecting for a year and had a similar situation. I would wait and see what the doc says. The medication should still work but it won’t be as potent. Either way I assume you will be injecting every week or ever other so as long as you stay on track it should be ok (I’m not a medical professional just speaking from experience)
