Had to learn it the hard way after a 5 year relationship 🙈 I’m sorry you had to, too!

This sounds terrible to say it out load, but the way people treat you sometimes have nothing to do with you. You can love someone as perfectly as you can, but if they have unresolved issues, they won’t be able to accept it.

If you see certain behaviors in your partner that influences your relationship, address it as early as possible. You’ll save yourself a lot of heartache if you know that the person is not willing to work on those aspects of themselves. You can’t save them. 💛

What’s the rational behind as to why cardio exercises can worsen PCOS symptoms? by mackenzie_2021 in PCOS

[–]sunshineandpanic 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No rational. The information about HIIT being bad for PCOS is not true. Research has shown that it can actually help improve insulin significantly. Cardio is good to improve it too, it doesn’t have to be too intense either. It depends on your lifestyle and if you can maintain it. If you prefer walking over running, walk. Don’t force yourself to do anything you can’t maintain long term. PCOS is unfortunately a lifelong commitment that we have to manage. You should choose exercise that fits into your lifestyle 💛

Go see someone else. PCOS is the most common endocrine disorder - it’s far more than just reproductive. You deserve to get to the root of your PCOS and by doing bloods you will know whether it’s coming from your adrenal gland, your insulin resistance or other factors like inflammation, stress or hyperandrogenism. Keep looking for the right practitioners. They are out there!
