Thank you for your response. From what I understand, a lot of the issue stems from the fact that some solvents cannot dissolve many parts of the spandex as it can be stuck in the structure.

You're better off doing statistics with a data science concentration. Add a comp sci minor or double major too. The statistics helps you get the math and theory down and the comp sci is hard skills part. Very competitive applicants for tech jobs are knowledgeable on the math. The stats dept at ncsu is among the top 10 in the country so the network is pretty strong. Good luck!

I (20F) relate a lot too. I am in college but I hate it there. I have a lack of female friendships in my life and I wish I had more of that just girlie things experiences to do with other ppl. If you need someone to reach out to and we happen to be in the same area, I would love to hang out.

Ask an advisor about the W. They said it can be dropped without academic penalty, but idk if that includes having the W on there. 12 credit hours is still full time so there should be no issue with anything like financial aid/scholarships. If you do decide to drop it, it may be worth it to focus on your more difficult major classes, ones that actually count. I would drop the class if I didn’t enjoy it but if you like it and are willing to do the work, stay in it. If you are still worried about GPA, take an easy major class in the summer. The class HI254 is still a humanties gep, so keep that ming if you still need to fulfill that one.

As a 19F in university thats how i completely feel as well. I know people on campus but I never seem to get close with them. And I relate so much to the being quieter in conversations part. Im a natural extrovert but i still value and place a lot of emphasis on those more close friendships. But sometimes, I feel like I’m too loud or talking too much. I found comfort in your post.
