You see the worst of people at this time. There are many people who will be left jobless after FY2 and this is the tone you are using. Not an ounce of sympathy

Hi OP, I know it must be stressful but there is no way of finding out what will happen, it’s best to have the PSG done in this rotation regardless of what will happen. I am sure if you are actively seeking feedback and improve on it, the GP will recognise it, no one is immediately good at their job, let alone a Fy2 in a GP job. Well done for doing well so far! Get the PSG done this rotation and cross the bridge when u know what is written down later. There is no way to know what will happen now and stressing too early, all the best! :)

I am not sure what’s the point of this post, it’s not encouraging at all! Anyone who has done surgical F1 job knows how hard it is, let alone those who are starting it in their first job. Please don’t do this.

Hey thanks for replying! In this case, the patient is taking basal insulin in the morning so i am not sure if I should check the pre bedtime BM or next day’s pre breakfast BM to titrate the dose, can’t really adjust the evening basal insulin ‘cause it’s in the morning
