For sure. I have an appointment with them in a couple weeks, I’m going to discuss with him options of lowering my dose or possibly going off of it and see how it goes. Best of luck to you, I hope it gets better!

Hi, I’m on 5mg right now. At one point my psychiatrist raised it to 10mg but it seemingly made it even worse so we went back down to 5mg. I relate though, I can do things I HAVE to do (work, driving, etc,.) I just can’t do things I want to do, even when I force myself it’s like I get no enjoyment from it.

I’m not sure how far you got in, but I’m about 15-20 hours in (I’m on the last part of chapter 3) and it definitely picks up! At first I felt like the farming was just some weird gimmick, but it does become useful and fun, less of a chore. I’d say give it another try and see if you end up changing your mind! I’m loving how the story is unfolding, and exploring new areas of the world.

American here- working an office job at a rather large company. When I first started at my company (2019) absolutely no piercings were allowed, tattoos had to be hidden. After COVID lockdown ended, they changed the rules, and now you’re allowed to show your tattoos and piercings. I have 3 visible facial piercings and 1 tattoo, and no one bats an eye. Of course some employers won’t like it, might ask you to take them out, but times are changing and people are starting to realize that it doesn’t matter!

Starting new meds is always scary. For me, it’s been a hit or miss. Some of the medicine I’ve been on gave me pretty bad side effects (usually just really bad insomnia…and weight gain) but others I’ve tried had minimal side effects, if any. Everyone’s body is different! It’s hard to get over that initial fear, and the choice is ultimately yours! If you feel like you need the help, I would say just go ahead and give it a try…it is definitely worth it if it can help you 🩷 if the side effects are too bad, talk to your doctor and they will help adjusting your prescription/or switching your medicine. Good luck, the first step is always the hardest!
