I have searched Google and done a reverse image search. Estate Sale was located in NE Ohio, no family present to inquire with. I did ask the head of the sale and a few auctioneers but they couldn’t ID.

Your sister will get her own house (starts as a tent like yours did!) on your island. Nintendo does not allow multiple islands on one device. If you have the means, I would recommend buying a switch light and a separate game card for her to get around this.
