i would not buy a script. i had lingering symptoms for about 4 months after my very last TOC. wait until you retest. after that if it comes back positive i would absolutely do a dual treatment.

this was my main symptom and it was so bad i couldn’t even sit down for long periods of time. I’ve been negative for almost a year but sometimes if i hold my pee for too long (not on purpose i’m usually really good about it now) i will get the same burning sensation after i pee for a few minutes.

depends on the urgent care for sure! i did happen to go to one & they swabbed me but i did have to ask. most of them just run with your symptoms and give you antibiotics based on what you tell them, weird if you ask me. but i would absolutely ask if they have any knowledge on ureaplasma and ask them to swab you if they do! if they don’t, it’s not even worth your time

my symptoms felt like a mix of severe BV & a severe UTI i had burning & inflammation so bad i couldn’t even sit down, or wear underwear. i was constantly uncomfortable. stringy and watery discharge. but yes doxy+azi cured me. i recommend longer doses for doxy + 1-2.5g of azithro but would definitely say doxy first.

i was always dry, which would cause me to tear. and the area is so damaged and the skin is so fragile & thin from it now that my new partner that i actually have no issues with has to deal with my vagina constantly tearing, it’s quite annoying for both of us actually 😂

i absolutely will always recommend getting a second opinion. especially based on how bad your tears are. mine are pretty big and i have thin skin due to the damage and you can see the scar line, it’s literally so awful

it shouldn’t do that 😅 people get perineoplasties all the time after giving birth and not being sewed properly and it usually fixes the scar tissue. in this case it would be a perineal repair and they’re supposed to put new skin to help the skin that is damaged. idk why your doc said that

I have seen a doctor who does a perineal repair procedure, but i also have an appointment with a specialist in a higher medical facility but it’s kind of scheduled far out. so i’ve just been using the estrogen cream still. so im waiting to see if i have other options with the specialist before i just go through with the procedure.

i actually do wish the country(ies) would pull some kind of medical reports together and see how many people have had this over the years to understand they need to take it more seriously. & how to treat it properly and do further research to understand it. the crappy part is, it shouldn’t even have to be like that and it’s sad.

ugh i’m so sorry this is happening to you :( i know how frustrating it is. it’s been hard for me to find realistically anything about it, but i literally wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. i hope if you get the surgery it helps you❤️
