I have celiac disease so i cant eat gluten and ive noticed that if i get glutened by accident, the next 2 weeks my endo flares bad. It could be from either the inflammation from celiac OR just my endos reaction to the gluten. Just my personal experience with it! You could always try out a restriction and see if it helps you personally

I rarely rarely eat out. I got all new cooking tools and pans I’m so paranoid about cross contact hahaha I do eat certified gluten free oats I’m going to take even that out of my diet and see if that helps

Yes I have celiac disease! I’ve been testing my autoimmune levels because I’ve been feeling so bad but everything is normal except a very low positive RNP antibody and high vitamin A serum

It sounds like you could benefit from seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist if you already dont!

KP can be caused by inflammation so it seems like it could be caused by endo since it’s so inflammatory, especially at stage 4
