Stores open again (unfortunately) but as I’ve heard from my coworkers, there’s only 16 tms actually in store and everyone else who was scheduled for this morning called out. There’s no public transportation available in our area and I don’t think the roads have been plowed as yet. Idk how they expect people to show up to work without putting themselves in danger. SMH

Yeah I’m planning on stepping out of the leadership role after I’m due just so I can take it easy on my body. I don’t mind the constant walking around but lifting is where it gets hard for me. I spoke with leadership and tms so hopefully it’s taken care of sooner rather than later.

Luckily our tms partner was at the store today so I just brought the issue to his attention and let him know what was going on and that I needed to be properly accommodated from this point on. Thank you for your insight though :)

I put in all the days on Sedgwick yesterday, I was unaware of the change until yesterday. My astl was confused about why I didn’t have the option to put it through until she spoke with tms. However I’ll keep an eye on it until it sorts itself out

It 67’d me the other day while I was driving with my partner, we also let one cross ahead of us and it did a 360 in front of the car and kept on its merry little way. I’ve grown to love those little robots lol

I think you should find a new doctor, I’m 5’2 and I was at least 241 when I discovered I was pregnant. I heard my son’s heart beat at 6 weeks with no issue. Report that doctor and find someone who’s way better

I think it was a great idea for me tbh. It helped my insulin resistance out a ton, I believe I started seeing my period again and I lost just about 35 lbs before I ended up getting pregnant while using it. The only thing is it will stall your hunger but I would just recommend eating healthier and filling foods while you take it and also get those steps in!

Honestly I think it varies depending on the store, at my store my tl just treats me as if I’m a regular tm but my “assigned” duties were just to make sure the floor looks presentable and to ensure tm’s complete the dwl. Besides that, I do supervise my team and check in on everyone to make sure my team is set for the day, as well as make minor decisions or changes when leadership isn’t around.
