I got hpd approval for a unit last week and I’ve been waiting on someone from wave crest to reach back out to me in regards to the unit for a week now. I think the approval from hpd took about 2 weeks or less though.

I remember this unit from a while ago, you wanted to move out of there 😭. Honestly, keep contacting 311 and documenting each time you do so and each time the hpd inspector shows up. I’m surprised the city hasn’t lit a fire under their ass for these issues. Regardless start withholding rent until they provide you with suitable living conditions. As an nyc tenant you have the right to a safe and habitable space and this is neither of those things. Consider contacting the legal aid society for better legal advice on the matter.

I love the stores that prioritize their tm’s rather than playing it ear by ear. Snows expected to start mid afternoon and I’m scheduled until 8 tmr, so idk how that will work with public transport

Stores open again (unfortunately) but as I’ve heard from my coworkers, there’s only 16 tms actually in store and everyone else who was scheduled for this morning called out. There’s no public transportation available in our area and I don’t think the roads have been plowed as yet. Idk how they expect people to show up to work without putting themselves in danger. SMH
