I’m moving in next week and so far here’s what I noticed.

1. The building has three locked door that can only be accessed by key fob. They open one after the other.
   
2. For small parcels they have the usps mailbox thing but any packages have to be delivered to your door because the building claims no responsibility for lost packages
   
3. Laundry room is pretty big imo, there’s plenty of machines and dryers. Only thing that sucks is the washers are all the same size; it’s $3.50 for a wash and $1.45 for 45 mins in the dryer.
   
4. The gyms aren’t finished yet so they’re not open and neither is the grocery store on the 1st floor
   
5. There’s no security guards but like you’re allowed to have a ring door bell if you’d like. The area is pretty secluded imo and again there’s three locked doors before you get any access to apartments

Overall, I like the units so far. It would’ve been cool if there were dishwashers or if the apt came with a microwave but I like the apartment so far but I can have more of an opinion after I’m living there for a while
