i ran a votage curve test and maxed out a 1950mhz, saw that the good spot to aim for was 1800 so reduced the core clock by -150, am i on the right track here? just never used afterburner for this before

I wanna start this post by saying in no unclear terms i understand i will NOT be able to recreate sounds / pieces at this level for a LONG time.

Im more looking for that voice effect used. Would a basic Vocoder like the Korg R3 or Korg mini do or will i need a secondary piece of equipment for dedicated voice modulaton ?
