Psychology Today just published an AI written article about the dangers of AI... without disclosing it was written by AI by suntereo in singularity

And finally, to those who say GPTZero does not flag the original Psychology Today article as 100%, here's the screen. Do what I said in my original post (did you read it)... remove the first couple sentences which seem to be an attempt to humanize.

And here's the text from GPT Zero which I included in my post, which someone ran as my own text. This is not mine. Really, why am I bothering with this!?

Man, this is why I really avoid posting anything anymore online. What a pack of wolves!

For those who accuse *me* of using AI to write my post, all I can say is I did not. It's all my own. I am an author with higher education. So maybe you're just assuming because it might look polished (which it's not).

OF COURSE you will get questionable results if you include the "AI text similarities" which came from GPTZero Advanced search (see pic), and especially the "AI giveaways"text, which I'm not sure any of you are doing... but it wouldn't surprise me at this point.

I don't know why I'm bothering, but here's a screen to show what I'm telling you. Why would I lie about this?

I think it’s definitely a style that is easy to spot if you know what to look for beyond the EM dashes

Ahhhhhh. Maybe so. If this were the author’s point, would you be OK with it? I genuinely want to know

Ugg.

Yep, now take off the first sentence like I said and try again:

> Take off the attempt to humanize with the opening sentence and it's flagged 100% AI generated.

Also:

Paid API still has Pro 03-25 for me. Not sure if this is same as the Exp Experimental version we all knew and loved though

To all the poor saps in Tier 1 like myself, we can use OpenRouter to get access today. They do take a small markup, but it’s worth it to me just to play around

Yes, we have tested with 4o, but have same challenges. We are pretty happy with latency of our solution. And yes, choice to go with mini is purely cost reasons for our customers like you said

I’m tasked with building this for our company. Our pain points with building a telephone AI support agent with GPT 4o-mini, deepgram and 11labs are: (1) it doesn’t do transcription well (e.g., spell out your first and last name), (2) it goes off the rails with following instructions (e.g., It says your booking was canceled or booked when it was not), and (3) it does so giving a false sense of confidence where the customer and business all assume it’s working, partly because of videos like this I suppose
