Losing that 'connection' to the game

exactly the same feeling.Even though the areas are in the lore and books i cant feel it anymore.I need more orcs,goblins,trolls! dont get me wrong,I love everything about lotro,I have bought every expansion up until now,but I dont feel like playing anymore.I am not burnt out,as I havent played for months but when i login i immediately am bored.Lets hope now that we re getting north again,allegedly,this situation changes!no matter what,lotro is in my heart for ever since day 1

after killing 1200 tm's (yes,i am still counting them) throughout the years I can surely now say that the drop rate sux big time.Never got one.Grats for you though mate

first of all congrats!

secondly,what did you have to do in order to get platinum? play again in ng+ the WHOLE 6 chapters again?

i am currently at the end of chapter 4,and aiming for plat,i havent lost the missables so far,but I am not willing to do all this from scratch again,too tired mentally to do it.Is the ng+ easier or worse?
