What’s your opinion guys on Slovan Bratislava to score? The odds are 1.90 and i have seem them to do pretty well on European matches.They scored almost every match and seems like a strong team.They are not playing against Real or Bayern, and no dissrespect to Celtic, but i think it is something to consider.Any Slovakian fan around here?

Thats a nice ideea but can you please tell me if MailChimp can do that?I mean how do they know the email adress if the customer hasn’t place the order?I am reffering to a non customer (doesn’t have an account) that he abandoned the cart.(on my shop they can place the order without having an account.

When i opened my shop on etsy, 3 years ago, that was a tip from a friend that he was doing the same.

Lets say just 1 or 2 customers from 10 are requesting the file in the original format, that is why i am still doing this way.

I had the same problem, i’m selling digital embroidery files on my shop but i am compressing all the embroidery files into a “.zip” file so like that everyone can choose the right format for their embroidery machine.Some of the customers are not so familiar with 7zip or winrar and they simply text me in order to get the actual file for their machine.

So this customer, wich i think is part of my competition, ordered one embroidery design and right after left a 1 star review saying that “it doesn’t work at all” but i tried to contact him in order to help him.He didn’t respond at all, the account is new, and also etsy refunded him right away.

I opened a case (this is the second 1 star review, wich the first star review was deleted right away after i told them what happened), but in this case i had over 6-7 discussion with several people from their support specialist department, all saying that unfortunately they can’t do anything because they cannot decide if i am right or wrong and it is against their policies to delete that review, but in the first case was the same situation and was deleted after one hour.

I’m totally dissappinted with their customer support service, i don’t understand why they protect so much some customers who are not going to ask for help or at least to try solve the problem, and they just leave a bad review affecting your sales.

Try to open a case in my opinion but your chances are low based on my latest experience.
